Even if you have never tried yoga before, you will have experienced a moment where movement has made your mind still.
It might have been dancing at a gig, running in the bush, swimming or getting into the zone when you’re cooking.
That stillness that you feel when you’re moving in the right way for your body is exactly what we want to help you achieve.
It’s not rocket science (it’s actually neuroscience but we won’t start that lecture here).

We want you to leave saying “That was a full experience”.
All of our classes include moments of meditation, awareness and breath work.
Savasana is ALWAYS an indulgent moment, usually involving a head rub at some point.Â
During all of our classes we offer a variety of options for each pose. One pose definety doesn’t fit all, due to different shaped bones, daily life strain and old injuries, so we encourage you to listen to your body and take the pose variation that feels right at the time.Â
This means all levels are welcome at any class, but some feel  faster pace than others.
