How different would your life be if you 1. stopped worrying about what everyone thought of you and 2. starting focusing on on yourself and what you want? Are you: Always saying yes (when you really want to say no). Constantly apologising (even when it’s not your fault). Agreeing with everyone (because you find it difficult to speak up). Pretending to be someone that you’re not (because you’re afraid if people knew the real you they would reject you). Not even sure who you are anymore (because you are so busy doing things for everyone else that you never have time for yourself). Although you wish to be confident in yourself.
I’m not going to tell you what to do (pretty sure you have had enough of that). I am going to support you to make changes so that you can start valuing yourself for who you are.
