Psychotherapy aims to explore the deeper unconscious behaviours, thoughts & feelings you may not particularly understand that play out in day to day life, relationships & mental health. Psychotherapy is a gentle and supportive process that helps you understand why you experience the issues you do and builds more authentic & healthy ways of relating to yourself & the world around you. We will spend the first few sessions discussing in detail your individual needs, personal therapeutic goals and your time frame/commitment you wish to enter into. * Torquay practice is currently available on Fridays.
Brooke’s approach to therapy is holistic, meaning it’s not just about focusing on one area or one problem, rather we explore a number of elements within your life to help you find equilibrium.
