I love working with individuals seeking to gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, beliefs, behaviours, dynamics and internal processes that may be negatively impacting their lives and relationships.
My approach draws on evidence-based therapies Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based therapies to assist with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, performance anxiety, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, grief and loss and improving overall wellbeing.
I recognise that seeking support from a psychologist often requires considerable courage.
